HOW WE WORK​

Our first step is to consult with you to understand your precise needs and expectations about the work to be done, hours of coverage, interaction with your business software and particular skill requirements.

We then give a you a quotation for a monthly charge based on the number of people needed to do your work. When you agree to proceed, we recruit people specifically for your business and we give you the opportunity to participate in the selection process.

Each worker will be assigned full time (up to 60 hours per week) to your business alone. They will behave as if they were an intrinsic part of your team and you can train them to work in the way that you want.

This is a fully managed service. We take responsibility for supervising our staff and ensuring cover during any absence. We encourage our staff to get to know your business and we stay in regular contact with you to ensure that your needs are being met to your expectations of quality.

If you need us to interact with your business systems, we expect you to organise any necessary additional licences and user access requirements.

What does it cost?
That depends on what you need. To give you a guide, you can expect to pay £900 per 240-hour month for an agent who is trained to respond to customer telephone calls, answer their questions and interact with your business management system.
